The Cat’s Pajamas

Cats Pajamas “1920s Lingo for someone or something that is great, incredible, or special. Usually indicating stylishness.” There is just something irresistible about pajamas with black cats on it. These are just basic tank top and capri pants. I love the pattern for this top, I’ve used it three times. I added black bow details at several places.

Vintage Glam

This is a thoroughly modern dress pattern but once it was finished in that large floral print it just said vintage glam to me. I’m very pleased with this dress considering it was made from stash fabric.  For the picture I wore a full petticoat to puff out the skirt. I added a skinny black belt that came with a shirt I bought but I never wear it with the shirt. I made black thread belt loops to hold it in place. This dress is fun to wear with the petticoat. I think it would make a good date dress.
